Born in 1979 Matteo has a degree in economics and a 12 years experience in managing manufacturing companies.

Twenty years of international corporate finance experience with leading financial institutions providing financial advice to entrepreneurs, their companies and their families on acquisitions & divestments, capital raisings, strategic partnerships and succession management.

Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.
